গ্রাহক সেবা, অর্ডার এবং ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা

১. সাধারণ অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত করতে আমাদের নির্ধারিত অগ্রিম বুকিং পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের স্টক ও মূল্য পরিবর্তনশীল, তাই অর্ডার করার সময় স্টক নিশ্চিত করুন।
বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ বা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন।
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর ইমেইল অথবা রেজিস্টার্ড নম্বরে অটোমেটিক নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানো হবে।

২. ডেলিভারি ও বাধ্যতামূলক আনবক্সিং ভিডিও নীতি

প্যাকেজটি রিসিভ করার সময় অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে।
ভিডিও ছাড়া কোনো প্রকার ভাঙা, স্ক্র্যাচ বা মিসিং প্রোডাক্টের ক্লেইম গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
ভিডিওটি শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত কোনো প্রকার পজ বা এডিট ছাড়া এক শটে হতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্যাকেটের বাইরের লেবেল ও সিল স্পষ্টভাবে ভিডিওতে দেখাতে হবে।

৩. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকলে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্টের ইন্ট্যাক্ট বক্স, এক্সেসরিজ, ক্যাশ মেমো এবং স্টিকার অক্ষত অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।
ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ সাইজ/কালার ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ফ্রি এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা দেবো।
ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তনজনিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে আপ-ডাউন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টি ও বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা

ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি যুক্ত প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিশিয়াল ব্র্যান্ড পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
যেকোনো অফিশিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম সমাধান করতে সাধারণত ৭ থেকে ২১ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে।
লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিক্যাল ভাঙা বা অননুমোদিত মেরামতের চেষ্টায় ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
যেকোনো জরুরি বিক্রয়োত্তর সহায়তার জন্য আমাদের অফিসিয়াল সাপোর্ট নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৫. ডিজিটাল ও অনলাইন সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা

গ্যাজেট বারী-র ডিজিটাল ও অনলাইন সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবার শর্তাবলী নিচে দেওয়া হলো। সাবস্ক্রিপশন ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত নীতিমালা মেনে নিতে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন:

৫.১ সেবা সক্রিয়করণ (Service Activation): আপনার পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে যাচাই হওয়ার পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা চালু করা হবে। কোনো কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে সেবা চালু হতে বিলম্ব হলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে তা সমাধান করবে।

৫.২ স্বয়ংক্রিয় নবায়ন (Auto-Renewal): অধিকাংশ সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্ল্যান নিয়মিত মাসিক বা বাৎসরিক ভিত্তিতে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নবায়নযোগ্য। পরবর্তী চক্র শুরু হওয়ার অন্তত ৭২ ঘণ্টা পূর্বে আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট প্যানেল থেকে এই স্বয়ংক্রিয় নবায়ন প্রক্রিয়াটি বন্ধ করতে পারবেন।

৫.৩ বাতিলকরণ ও রিফান্ড নীতি (Cancellation & Refund): সাবস্ক্রিপশন একবার সফলভাবে ক্রয় করা হলে তা বাতিল করতে পারবেন না এবং চলতি বিলিং চক্রের জন্য কোনো প্রকার অর্থ ফেরত (Refund) দেওয়া হবে না। তবে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের টিম বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করতে পারে।

৫.৪ ব্যবহার বিধি (Fair Usage Policy): একটি একক সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্ল্যান শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত সংখ্যক ডিভাইসে ব্যবহারের জন্য অনুমোদিত। একাধিক অননুমোদিত ডিভাইস বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ারিং শনাক্ত করা হলে কোনো প্রকার নোটিশ ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্টটি সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

Gadget Bari Terms & Conditions

1. General Ordering & Payment Terms

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by the Gadget Bari support team.
We accept cash on delivery, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and secure online card payments.
A standard non-refundable advance delivery charge is required to confirm Cash on Delivery orders outside Dhaka.
Pricing listed on the website is inclusive of VAT where applicable but excludes delivery fees.

2. Delivery & Mandatory Rider-Presence Unboxing Policy

You must unbox the package strictly in the physical presence of the delivery rider.
A continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing is strictly mandatory to claim any physical damage or missing items.
No claims of transit damage, missing accessories, or wrong products will be entertained once the rider has left.
Standard delivery timeline is 24-48 hours within Dhaka and 3-5 business days for the rest of Bangladesh.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if found to be physically defective on arrival.
Returned items must remain completely intact, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals unbroken.
Change-of-mind returns are not supported once a product seal has been tampered with or opened.
Customer must bear standard return shipping charges unless the fault is verified to be on Gadget Bari's end.

4. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and intact product packaging.
Physical damage, liquid ingress, voltage surges, or unauthorized repair attempts immediately void all warranty coverage.
Official brand warranty processing takes approximately 7 to 21 working days depending on global manufacturer policies.
Software issues, configuration support, and OS updates do not fall under standard hardware warranty policies.

5. Digital & OTT Subscription Services

All digital assets, license keys, and Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming platform subscriptions (including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, and YouTube Premium) offered through Gadget Bari are managed under strict reselling and operational guidelines. By purchasing, you agree to these structured rules.

Activation, Delivery & Refunds

Digital subscriptions are typically processed and activated within 1 to 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Because credentials and digital keys are exposed instantly upon transfer, Gadget Bari operates under a strict NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy for these items. Ensure your device meets target compatibility requirements before checking out.

Fair Usage & Security Restrictions

For shared screen OTT profiles, users are strictly prohibited from changing account passwords, profile names, billing methods, or credentials. Violating any shared administrative settings will result in immediate account access termination without notice or compensation. Warranty claims are valid only if specific profile instructions are respected.
